I was there yesterday. I didn't lock the bolt as I thought the key fob for the 
inside door was operational. I checked to insure the inside  door was secure 
with the fob, it was.

We have new neighbours. Three artists have moved onto the 5th floor. If the 
door to the front of the building was not locked it was not me, that door was 
locked at 530 ish by departing staff from Republic, I actually saw a staff 
member insert his key to lock the front door.

Please advise if the key fob to the inside door is operational, or the bolt 
needs to be engaged.
