People have already volunteered to buy their own keys to the suite.  Can we
proceed with that instead of getting a temporary lockbox?

Alternatively, if it looks like it will take more than a week or so to get
the building door fobbed, it might be more efficient to put a lockbox on
the outside of the building and include the building key as well as a
couple keys to the suite.
