Power should be restored to the east wall, so we don't need to run an
extension cord for the fridge and freezer.  I'm not sure what the situation
is with the drink machine.

Would they care about the cracked windows?  Steep stairs with no rail to
the fire escape?

We probably need illuminated exit signs (for the main door and fire escape)
running on emergency power.
