"Mts just uses the Rogers network" Before speculation gets out of hand here, MTS, Rogers, and Telus all own towers, share towers, and rent towers. Any new towers must be shared (generally MTS and Rogers are the ones putting up new towers) Telus rents/shares most of their towers. WIND has 2 towers and Bell is putting up antennas (ie sharing towers). Telus, MTS, Rogers all work outside of Winnipeg with Telus having the least outside Winnipeg towers (hence the spotty service). MTS and Rogers are the largest providers here in Manitoba, with MTS *owning* the most.
