If its an event for your people we can always showcase member-made games and 
projects and use the event to stimulate some interest either in SkSp directly 
or in STEM education.

Jim, don't you have an indy game we were talking about showing at 
Technapalooza?  The Skullotron, would be cool in this context as would Ben's 
microNES.  Showing young people that they can do these sorts of things has 
value IMHO.

We could possibly even share information about the Cyberdefense challenge, but 
I'll let Ian chime in on that...

If nothing else, a presence at these sorts of events tells more people we are 
here.

That being said, I do not know the nature of this specific event well enough to 
know if attending has specific disadvantages.
