YES.
At the very least, permission to use stuff like the “ALL the things!” image
from Hyperbole and a Half.
Making these kinds of things into a charity event is always helpful. If we
wanted, we could say that most will be going to charity, and we’ll keep
something tiny for ourselves.
(Or do some slider-bar thing like the Humble Indie Bundle has, and let everyone
choose how much goes to us and how much to charities.)

Subject: [SkullSpace-Discuss] Meme Cookbook Idea
So, I got to thinking... If we were to donate a portion of profits from the
Meme Cookbook to a charity like Child's Play or Block By Block or Hackers For
Charity we may be able to pull off something considerably larger and more
awesome.
We may be able to get someone like PennyArcade or HyperboleAndAHalf to kick in
cover art, Wil Wheaton to write a forward, etc. Also, we could tap into a
distribution network that could border on ridiculous.
If we did it through an on-demand publishing company our input costs could be
pretty low as people could order directly through them. We'd probably make a
lot less money per unit, but I strongly suspect that would be offset by a
dramatically larger audience.
Thoughts?
