I looked into it yesterday and was extremely impressed. They even have facilities to get an ISBN registered and sell through Amazon, etc. At the time, I was looking at self-publishing 50-100 copies and I think it was down around $8 a copy with the spiral binding, cheaper with a traditional paperback type binding. Doing it in colour was considerably more expensive...
There are likely other companies out there also, but from my initial research, lulu looked pretty sweet.
