Personally, I'd recommend trying to stick a bit closer to the official
banner and style. I'd link to master files on the Wiki, but it's down at
the moment

A few key things that jump out at me:
- Our logos incorporate orange and black on a white background. While we
occasionally reverse the black and white - it tends to be the exception
(black t-shirts come to mind).
- SkullSpace is written as one word, with a font and colour change
differentiating SKULL and SPACE.
- Motto is "knowledge. community. technology."
- I don't know how to say this one tactfully and objectively so I
apologize in advance. Our logo is usually... a little more aesthetically
pleasing.[1]

Mind you, this place tends to work on a strict "be bold and do things"
basis, so I know I can't rightfully stop you from putting up this flag
if you want :) I just know we put a lot effort getting designers to
create the logo the way it is today, and I like to stick to it consistently.
