Who's sponsoring them to have the meeting at SkSp? I think they'd be the logical one to ask.
If they're not being sponsored by anyone, I dunno. If they're offering a donation, maybe we can let them use a loaner fob. If they're neither sponsored by a member nor offering a donation, I'm not sure we should be letting them use the space at all.
