I think a cap would be beneficial at the point where we start to have to
many people in the space at one time. Currently there are times that I am
in the space for hours and I don't see a single other person. Another
obvious example are the meetings, the last few I have been to it has been a
skeleton crew of members attending. Obviously we aren't "full" or having
capacity issues right now.

If anyone feels a crunch for space to work or have fun in, then we should
bring up this idea again.
