Thanks for the great work on this everyone.

I've just installed this for the first time on a WindowsXP machine and
it worked straight away.  I'm not exactly sure what I've done - but
who cares as it works :-) when you follow the instructions.

The only weird thing is when you go to [Listen Live] I don't see
anything.  However, if you go into [BBC Listen Again] and then [Radio
1] and select [Listen Live] it does work (but I think you know this
already).

I did spot what I think is a mistake in the instructions for the
WindowsXP installation.

It says:

Copy "C:\Program Files\ActivePerl\site\lib\HTML" to "C:\Program
Files\server\CPAN\"

And I assume this should say:

Copy "C:\Program Files\ActivePerl\site\lib\HTML" to "C:\Program
Files\SlimServer\server\CPAN\"
