But there is NO OTHER audio equipment.
I've got my SLIMP3 attached directly to my B&Os.
I can see speakers including a mono block but you'd still need volume control, treble/bass controls ... that's what a pre-amp or the pre-amp part of an integrated amp does. What kind of speakers are these?
Having volume control, balance etc is fine with me. As long as I can either bypass it or it's restricted to the headphone jack.
