list - they should be dealing with support directly. This list, while
helpful, is certainly not for people who can't manage to figure out
how to use their e-mail client.
But still, the forum has the the advantage that you don't have to remove threads that you are not interested in, you can just ignore them. If you ignore the emails, your inbox will eventually get full.
