In a sense, you're right, but that's mostly in regard to the mailing list view. The veterans may not subsubcribe to the beginner list, but with a forum it's easy to visit any forum with just a mouse click.
That's an interesting point of vue. I thought rather that this lazy bunch of forum users would never even go there ;-).
And, please, don't call me a veteran! :-)
