There is no way to answer that. As always, I've been running off the trunk. I rarely have anything stop the server unless I've done it deliberately. However, if you are one of those people who run into something that does cause a problem, then its 100% unstable. As for rough experiences, I'd suggest you try it anyway and report on anything you find.
