this kind of thing would be shown using d_info logs. If you have mutilpe
sources for your library (audio dir, itunes, moodlogic, musicmagic) try picking
just one and rescanning. The idea is the isolate which source is the problem.
Also, check your playlists. There was an issue fixed just recently that should
help deal with character encodings in playlists. This issue is horribly
complicated, with so many combinations of sources, languages and user setups.

I can only guess at this one, but I suppose its possible that something is set
wrong during the install, that doesn't happen if you are just extracting and
running.

d_itunes for the logging on ignored tracks. However, I am fairly certain at
this point that the logic is indeed inverted. I expect that if you now set your
prefs to "ignore songs unchecked in iTunes" and if you then select "do not use
iTunes", change, then select "use iTunes", change, that your unchecked songs
will disappear as desired. Doing the don't use/use, trick causes a rescan of
ONLY iTunes (in case you have other sources enabled). If you manage to try
this and can confirm the result, I'll be sure to merge in the fix for the July
13 build.

That must be something in the windows build. I use the raw tar.gz, so I'm seeing
6.1b2....

Firmware, I believe, is at 14 now, but that shouldn't be critical for either of
these issues.
