Basically, the Realaudio seems to be legacy from when the internet
audience was small and didn't matter.  Anything new is now UK only. 
Perhaps it's the compensation we get for not getting Sirius, Pandora,
Rhapsody etc!

I don't know if the WMA feeds are still transcoded from MP2.  The last
I listened (one or two weeks ago), they were not as good as the MP2
from DAB radio.  They're not bad but certainly not hifi yet.
