i was having similar issues. I have taken the box the squuezecenter is on, the SB, and the SBR off dhcp. My DHCP wsas set in the range 192.168.1.2 to 100. I have set up the 3 on 101,102,and 103. everything has worked out well. it is definately worth a try.
