Why do you need to move the FLAC files to a different location?  This
will undoubtedly mess up the process using the playlist to create an
audio CD.

If you save the FLAC playlist in SC, it will be saved as a .m3u file in
whatever directory you have set as your playlist directory.

You should be able to load this .m3u playlist into a decent burning
program (I don't know Burrnn, but I can do this in Roxio or WMP for
example) and then just burn the CD.

A .m3u playlist is just a list of links to the various files, whch can
be followed by audio programs like SC. Move the files and you break the
links.
