It shouldn't make a difference that you're running on SS. If you save the playlist in SS, it will automatically create a .m3u file, so long as you have given SS a Playlist folder to put it in. So collate your list of files that form your playlist and press save in the SS window. The location of the Save button may depend on which skin you are using, and it's been ages since I used SS, but should be somewhere up towards the top centre or right of the right hand pane.
