No sound and and the progress bar at the "now playing" screen will not be updated. Everything works very well with my old Squeezebox and i can play http://mediaserver:9000/stream.mp3 from a PC. Same problem with both LAN (Cable) and WLAN
Do you use the firewall on your slimserver machine? You'd need to open ports 3483 & 9000. SliMP3 used imho only 3483.
Or did you block access to the server's web interface for some network addresses (Server settings/Security)?
