I did not use SoftSqueeze (it is in my Extra folder), yet I could still not choose any player from my SB Duet controller after upgraded to SC 7.2. Meanwhile, my SB Boom has been working perfectly, so far. Any suggestion? Can the controller be RMAed back to Logitech for an exchange?
