It just seemed to me that one side was not listening to the other side. Or, was choosing to not hear the unwanted portions of the message. I don't suspect that concurrence of the power user group is one of the company's objectives. Mr. Sinatra's comments show a lack of understanding of what idiots like me are looking for in these products. We idiots represent a market opportunity that the company needs to address more successfully. I suspect that (bigger market share) is the company's #1 goal, which I am ok with.
