Guys, I love your efforts to respond. In Leopard, none of the folders you mention exist (or I can't find them). When I use Go To folder, there is no "bin" folder in the locations mentioned, and I cannot create one within the finder. When I try to go to PreferencePanes, it opesn the actual application and does not seem to have 'folders within it.
