Contact support.Support is really good. try them. I assume that the vista PC is wired to ? so you have an all wired support ? if not wire the pc too. Is the music on the vista PC too ?
The usual culprits are Firewall and/or AV software Search this forum for which ports to open i FW i think 9000 and 3483 would do. There are some more ports which normally is not needed. A search for which files to ignore in AV and Firewalls reveals this: Also set your FW and antivirus to ignore *.myi and *.myd files. I'm not a vista user. my latest win PC had XP which was infected with Norton (avoid like the black death). So I know nothing on vista righths user's and such problems ?
