Is iPeng on the same Wi-Fi network as your server?
Does your network setup allow broadcasts?
You can try to go to settings ("<-"->More->Settings), scroll to the
bottom, there you can add a server. If your server is reachable from
the network your iPhone is on (which it is, when you used it with the
skin), that should work.
