sorry, I have NO idea. You must be too close to Cupertino ;-)
I'm seeing some strange updates as well (my iPhone shows "6 Reviews" in
the German App Store overview page for iPeng and when I enter the
details it gets down to 5) but I have no more ideas on how to get
around this?

Would a mail to Apple help?

iPeng 1.0.4 is definitely on the App Store since Saturday night, it did
already have hundreds of updates from the US and my German App Store
still prompts me to update on my iPhone which is still on 1.0.3 for
testing.

Probably waiting helps, although I know that's not a good answer.
