How did you enter it in the first place? Did you have to enter the
address at all?
Usually, iPeng should find your server by itself. You might want to
remove the server address you entered in settings and restart iPeng.
If that does not help, swipe right in NowPlaying to see if iPeng
probably shows more than one server, if yes, select the correct one and
the next time you start iPeng it should automatically connect.

If all that does not help, go to Safari on your iPhone and try to enter
"<server-ip>:9000" and see whether it loads SqueezeCenter's default
skin. If not, you have a general problem to reach your server from the
iPhone, in this case maybe something with your router or WLAN access
point settings may be wrong.
