I understand where you're coming from, and have also been frustrated by typos like Artist: Mismaster Morris, instead of Mixmaster Morris, for months without having the motivation to start a separate application to correct it. If SC had that ability I'd have corrected it right away. But if SC becomes a tagger someone will then say, why doesn't it rip my cd's?!?! Because there's already a really good application that does that for free, for one. Again, there's always the possibility a third-party will come to your rescue.
