I have given up on SC using my iTunes library, something got out of wack and SC can no longer find my songs and playlists using iTunes xml. I have now pointed SC directly to my music directory and all is well except playlists. I found a program that will convert xml to .m3u and it seems to work well. This is where it gets complicated, SC is on a different computer than iTunes, my music library is on an external hd connected to the SC computer. The SC computer lists the ex. hd as Music HD (H:) The iTunes computer lists the ex. hd as Music HD(H)(\\DOUG)(M:). Itunes writes the playlist file as M:\iTunes\iTunes Music\Band Of Blacky Ranchette\Still Lookin' Good To Me\01 The Train Singer's Song.m4a and SC can not find the song, if I switch the M: to H: SC can find the song. The SC computer is XP, Itunes computer is Vista. Does anyone have a solution, I really like building playlists in iTunes and the new genius feature is pretty cool. Thanks,
