Humm, anyone thinking what I'm thinking? Ground loops? [So, you'll probably ask: I can do it w/my 10BaseT, why not this? Well, your 10BaseT probably uses transformers at both ends to remove any unwanted DC component.] Maybe someone from slimdevices can let us know what type of driver is behind the digital coax output. > Edit: I say mess with sync feature because I find SC's behavior is > sometimes a little odd when I use it. Or, to put it another way: Ever wonder why, now-a-days, only one HDTV set has the volume turned up in the show room? But if it works for you great. Personally, after paying that much for a Transporter, I'd be a little skiddish about connecting the digital output to another device that far away. _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/discuss
