Since your Netgear device appears to support it, I think full size images (.iso) of your DVDs are the best option. I use this with my Popcorn Hour and it works well. I should point out that if you go the .iso route, then you won't be able to use a FAT32 file system on the storage medium, because most images are likely to be > 4GB / file. Depending on the OS you use most frequently, you will need to use file systems like NTFS, HFS+, EXT2/3, etc. The other option is to rip to Video_TS folders. With regards to software for DVD ripping - I think it is a violation of the DMCA to even discuss methods for ripping DVDs. I don't want to get this forum into trouble, but I can tell you that Google is your friend :) -- Nikhil ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Nikhil's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=993 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=57710 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/discuss
