I think the problem is that they keep supporting their old hardware, unlike other companies which just drop old HW completely a year or so after release. There is no confusion then because only the new HW works with the newly branded software. So, my advice is to drop support for all devices except for Boom and Duet (who needs the "classic") and the confusion will be much less. Ben P.S.
