Yes, but your two options are to run your device from one of two "servers". One is SC on your computer, the other is SN. Services like LastFM will work on both. SN is an online server (no computer needed at your end) but is less customizable and doesn't play your local music files stored on your computer. What snarly is asking is if you have setup a LastFM account on SN. Then make sure your SC on your computer has your SN login info entered (SC7 > Settings > SN > login info Then LastFM (and all of the other Internet Radio services) will function on both SC and SN.
