Thank you everyone. Some interesting responses. Several point out that it may have worked for me, but not everyone. A valid point. I confess I did assume it worked for all. I am impressed by the forum though, and the speed with which I got comments.
I remain unpleasantly disposed towards Squeezeplay, even though it is in Beta. However I understand that's just my personal preference. I guess my main wish for Softsqueeze to be maintained is a no go.
