Since most of us are pretty quick to point out their shortcomings, I thought I'd throw a little praise on the heap. I had ordered a few SBC cradles and the shipment was short one cradle. I e-mailed Logitech the next morning and within a day, received the missing cradle. I totally wasn't expecting that level of service.
