I couldn't see what version of SC you are using, or what OS+browser? 1) optional but highly recommended - install 7.4 nightly - this is very stable and highly functional (on XP anyway) 2) make sure you don't have any playlists or shortcuts/symbolic links in the "music library" path (and make sure the recycle bin is empty if using Windows and the path is a drive like "E:\"). Temporarily disable iTunes and musicip integration if you are using them. 3) reboot PC and do a full "clear and rescan"
