We never got an answer to how your directories are set up, but anyway... Do the playlists use different looking paths to the same files that are on the local server? \\computer_name\x\music\... vs. X:\music\... If you create playlists in Winamp on a different computer then the file paths in those lists will be from the perspective of that computer and will differ from the local paths to the same files. SqueezeCenter can't tell that the paths are equivalent and so it creates two entries. The solution is not to remove the playlists, but to modify the paths.
