While i agree that it is very late to the party, I wonder whether the
wide distribution of MP3 will allow this to become more relevant than
we realize now. We shall see. I do not see anything to get excited
about, but hey, I am not religiously predisposed against it either. 

I am perfectly happy with keeping my fav music as FLAC.
