In fact this is not a minor issue but one that drove some major UI
decisions like the fact that you can't put music services into the main
menu.
This is a standard, Apple provided menu for manipulation the TabBar
controller and there's no way to make it scroll.
It's even worse: due to the limitations of that screen, the main menu
will not allow for more than 20 items (they just don't show up), you
see that you are already close. iPeng removes some of it's default
items (settings, extras and help) from the configuration screen if
you've got a lot of entries(which means you can't put them on the tab
bar) to give room for library items.
Sorry, I haven't found a way around this so far, currently it's an
iPhone limitation, maybe 3.0 helps (have yet to try it out). Actually
pre-2.0 iPhone FW did remove the items that are already on the tab bar
from that menu, giving room for 4 more but not anymore.
