Ok, must operate differently then. :( Wild guess here: maybe try unplugging the power to the SBR, plug in the RJ45, then plug power back in. Maybe this would force it into "setup" again. Maybe even turn off your routers WiFi temporarily before plugging the SBR power back in, forcing it to use ethernet.
