Hi there You need to make sure the ethernet cable is plugged in before you do the factory reset to make sure SBR recognizes it.
Also make sure the link LED on your router or switch where you connected the other end of the ethernet cable is on. Then either use a factory reset SBC and go through setup again or use the 'Choose Player' menu option. In both cases you should get the option to choose between ethernet or wireless.
