Thought about these before myself. I actually thought the Boom was
rechargable for several weeks after its release, until I did more
digging and learned otherwise. I'm guessing that the battery would have
to be huge, judging by the size of the transformer, the Boom has a
pretty high current draw. Probably need a battery packalong the lines
of a high-end gaming laptop, very expensive - almost as much as the
Boom itself.

Defineately think a Boom-specifc sub, using one of Logitech's existing
designes would be great.
