For all those that are wanting AM/FM and a Boom with batteries here it is! '*Boom w/ battery*' (http://www.boomcooler.com/detailsspecs.html) It even has wheels to make it easier to move around the house, since it weighs 77 pounds! The stereo imaging doesn't make sense to me with one speaker pointing outside left and the other outside right. I guess that's part of the Boom feature.
