If Logitech should decide to go for video as well, they would certainly buy an appropriate company like they did with slimdevices.
Regarding Iphone being a threat to logitech harmony, I don't think so. The main advantage of Harmony is the vast database of remote codes and easy internet programming. In fact the software behind squeezebox may also turn out to be the main advantage, it's not easy to provide access to so many services and formats as squeezebox does. It's all in the software.
