You can search for an artist in the Last.fm SC plugin, and from the Last.fm artist page, you can "Add to Favorites". That adds the last.fm "Play Similar Artists Radio" link to your SC favorites, but that won't appear in the SN Last.fm menu :-( Setting up favorite stations was much better in the third-party plugin that James wrote. You could configure a list of Last.fm favourites, and they would be listed within the Last.fm plugin menu.
