Ok, after further experimentation I have found that Azureus (running on the HTPC) seems to be causing the problem, but I still can work out why. When Azureus is off, the Squeezebox connects fine. When it on, the SB will occasionally connect, but very rarely, and it drops out again after only a few minutes.
