I wanted to install a plugin (http://www.herger.net/slim-plugins/detail.php?nr=461&kategorie=slim-plugins) yesterday. The install was not successful. I followed the instructions to unzip the content into the Plugins directory. Restarted the server. The server did not seem to be able to detect the new plugin. According
Did it create a Plugins/StringEditor folder or ended the files all up in the Plugins folder?
If this is ok, try running the server from the command line: shut down the service, open a command line and go to the SlimServer\server folder and run "slim.exe -d_plugins". It should tell you why it fails to load the plugin.
