Because LightsOut Add-In simply shuts down the server if no clients (windows computers with WHS connector installed) are active.
I modified the Prevent Standby plugin to signal LightsOut that somebody is still doing something on the server by disabeling it with a registry key it checks before performing shutdown/standby/hibernate. I even believe the Prevent Standby Plugin is not needed on WHS because it doesn't automatically shut down after two minutes since its based on SBS2003 and not XP.
