21*24*13 cm must be the size of the box it comes in. Look at the picture and notice that the screen is 4,3" diagonally. 21*24 cm equals to about 13" diagonally. More than 3 times the diaognal of the screen, which is clearly not the case when you look at the picture. It is rather around 13*17 cm if my eye isn't cheating met.
